On March 31, 2017 Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection Volodymyr Lapa held a meeting with Vice General Director of the National Food Safety Agency of Moldova Dr.Vsevolod Stamati and Director for Animal Health of National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority of Romania (ANSVSA) Dr. Marius Grigore in Odessa. Representatives of laboratory networks also participated in the meeting.

During the negotiations the parties discussed the epizootic situation in countries, information exchange concerning the main aspects of veterinary services and deepening of cross-border cooperation.

In the framework of the meeting the representatives of the competent authorities of Ukraine and Moldova considered the issues to promote opportunities for business entities concerning the market access for both countries.
