Aim and purpose of the project: 

Expand the capacity of the laboratory network of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine at all administrative levels to detect and respond to outbreaks of animal diseases and control the pathogens through the introduction of an electronic integrated disease surveillance system and pathogen asset system (ELISS).
