General purpose and goal:

Growth of trade with higher added value in the organic and dairy sectors of Ukraine in domestic and export markets by achieving two results:

• result 1: increased quality and safety of products in the organic and dairy sectors;
• result 2: increased trade potential of products with higher added value in the organic and dairy sectors in the domestic and export markets.

Within the framework of the Project it is planned to improve the regulatory framework and business environment in the organic and dairy sectors, that will help to improve the quality and safety of products in general.

Public authorities will develop the potential to increase trust and awareness of domestic organic and dairy products, work will be carried out on:

• implementation of legislation in the field of organic production, circulation and labeling of arable products and in the field of production and circulation of milk and dairy products;
• reducing the prevalence of contaminated milk;
• raising awareness of the importance of safe raw milk.
