Online conference dedicated to the World Day for Farmed Animals “Working together to ensure the welfare for farmed animals in Ukraine” will be held on October 2-3 with the participation of international experts.
The aim of the event is to raise awareness of the importance of harmonizing national legislation on the welfare of farmed animals to EU requirements, and implementing animal welfare requirements during the keeping, slaughtering, and transporting of farmed animals. Participants will discuss the importance of establishing an effective state control system on compliance with these requirements for European integration and the development of international trade.
